Regional Coordinator

Donna Fernandez, M. Ed, is a National Board Certified Teacher of Mathematics for Adolescents and Young Adults. She is an experienced secondary math teacher in Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and International Baccalaureate (IB) Math Studies. She holds a Master of Education degree in Advanced Teaching, holds a BA in Mathematics and a BA in Native American Studies from the University of California, Davis. Donna is a member of the Pomo tribe from the Elem Indian Colony in Clearlake, CA. She taught math at Navajo Preparatory School, an authorized IB World School offering the Diploma Program in New Mexico since 2009. She is currently an instructor of Computers for College and Career Readiness at Piner High School in Santa Rosa, CA.

It has been my pleasure to bring AIMC Math Circle Summer Camps to Navajo Preparatory School since 2017.
